Diddy revealed in the video that yesterday was a glorious day for them because he reunited with his brother again. Burna Boy, who is currently in the US paid Diddy a visit and it was nice seeing each other after a long time as COVID-19 restrictions affect flights during the production of his album in 2020.

God is the greatest! Yesterday was the first time seeing my brother @burnaboygram in person since the pandemic and since we created the Grammy award winning album Twice as Tall over Zoom! This shit is deeper than rap, this is a true brotherhood, the two kings reunite! LOVE LOVE LOVE 🖤💫✨

At the 63rd ceremony of the Grammy Awards, Twice as Tall won Best Global Music Album.

We’ll remember that Burnaboy revealed in August that the album was produced by Diddy “I wanted this [album] to build a stronger bridge between, basically, all people of color,” Burna said around the 15-minute mark. “... The album was already about 80 percent done before I got Diddy involved. Getting Diddy involved — first of all — me and Diddy are now one bridge. Then, it’s like a tree; it just keeps going.”

Previously speaking with The New York TimesDiddy called Burna “a revolutionary.”

“The thing that I learned about him is the importance of what he’s doing for his nation and representing the people that aren’t really heard globally,” said the rap mogul. “Through this album, I think it’s important for Africa to be heard. And so it’s bigger than just an album.”
