Nigerian singer and songwriter Akanbi Brett Bamidele, professionally known as Cheque or Superboy Cheque has shared a new 6-track EP “Chequemate” featuring Fireboy DML and Crayon.

Superboy Cheque has achieved several milestones in his career. His breakout single, “Zoom,” became a viral sensation and has been streamed over 50 million times on all platforms. He won the “Rookie of the Year” award at the 2021 Headies Awards. He also won the “Best Pop Single” award with “History,” at the 2021 Galaxy Music Awards.
