Teniola Apata, popularly known as Teni, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and entertainer. She recently appeared on the popular YouTube show “Tea With Tay” hosted by Taymesan. During the show, Teni opened up about her childhood, her music career, and her journey to stardom.

Teni was born in a polygamous family where her father a military man Simeon Apata married 3 wives, she had 9 siblings including popular musician Niniola.

The multi-award winning singer and song writer also talked about her school journey in Atlanta and having to start over again after 7 years.
