Cynthia Morgan reignites her feud with ex-label boss Jude Okoye

Nigerian dancehall star Cynthia Morgan has reignited her bitter feud with ex-label boss Jude Okoye in a scathing social media outburst.

The clash resurfaced after Jude—older brother to music duo Peter and Paul Okoye (P-Square)—shared a cryptic post about betrayal by those he once supported after they achieved success. His statement quickly drew reactions, including a sharp rebuttal from Peter Okoye, who denied ever benefiting from Jude’s help and criticized the post. 

Not holding back, Cynthia Morgan directly called out Jude, accusing him of deceit and financial misconduct during her tenure at his label, Northside Entertainment. She claimed he had badmouthed her in private while avoiding direct confrontation since their 2016 fallout. 

In her post, she wrote: “Judeengees, since 2016, all you’ve done is talk behind my back. Every attempt to meet you in person has failed. No surprise—I’m disappointed in you, and I know you’re disappointed in yourself too… But remember, I reaped destruction for sowing in the flesh, and you’ll reap yours for being a tool of dishonesty, withholding earnings. As we know, God cannot be mocked.”

Her explosive claims have reignited debates online, with fans and industry insiders buzzing about the renewed tension between the singer and her former mentor.
