The city of Lagos was set in an Owambe frenzy last night, April 8th, 2024 at the premiere of ‘Ajosepo’.
The film directed by Kayode Kasum, and executive producer Bolaji Ogunmola centers around a typical Nigerian wedding preparation filled with chaos, drama, and laughter.
The premiere, themed ‘Owambe Extravaganza’ witnessed an array of stunning cultural looks. From regal agbada, and oleku to embellished outfits, each celebrity brought their unique touch to the red carpet.
The star-studded gathering was attended by prominent figures such as Timini Egbuson, Yemi Solade, Bolaji Ogunmola, Tomike Adeoye, Mike Afolarin, Gbohunmi David and Bisola Aiyeola, all of whom play pivotal roles in the movie.
As a stylist extraordinaire, Swanky Jerry stepped into the premiere in so not-so-regular Owambe outfit. He stood out in a custom three-piece aso-oke outfit.
Bukunmi ‘Kiekie’ Adeaga, brought her A game to the Owambe as she showed out in a velvet romper paired with an Adire blazer.
