Peter Okoye, better known as Mr P, has officially locked in the arrival of his next studio album. Titled OG Forever, the project is scheduled to drop on November 30, 2026.
The announcement marks a clear milestone in the former P-Square member’s solo chapter. His previous full-length, The Prodigal, arrived in 2021. Since then, Okoye has steadily built anticipation with a series of singles, including the mid-year releases “I Can’t Look Away” and “I Love You Because,” both positioned as official previews of the new body of work.
In earlier updates this year, Mr P described OG Forever as more than a collection of songs, it’s a personal statement rooted in his journey as a veteran of Nigerian music. He has spoken of recording over 30 tracks before narrowing the final selection to roughly 15 or 16, and of securing a multi-year distribution deal that covers multiple albums. The title itself nods to longevity: “we are the OGs before IG.”
With the November 30 date now confirmed, the countdown is on. Fans can expect a focused final stretch of promotion as one of Afrobeats’ enduring figures prepares to deliver his most anticipated solo statement yet.
